Every month all business-related income and expense transactions are categorized and you’re issued monthly financial statement consisting of a Profit and Loss Statement, a Balance Sheet, and a Cash Flow Statement. These reports will help you understand your business' financials so you’re able to make informed decisions. These are typically required in order to do any tax planning or to fund your business with loans. Email and text support are also included.
NOT Included:
Anything above and beyond basic tracking of income and expense items for the month is NOT included in the monthly quoted price. However, additional services are available as an add-on to your basic package.ADD-ON SERVICES include but are not limited to the following:
- detailed financials showing class tracking or job profitability
- invoicing
- bill payment
- payroll services
- consulting and strategy sessions -
Access to your business bank and credit card accounts is required in order to efficiently complete your monthly financials. Many banks allow for accountant (view-only) access to bank accounts. If your bank does not have this option, you can use an app to securely share your login information. Alternatively, you would be responsible to upload the necessary documents each month.
I want to provide stellar service to you but cannot do that without the proper items requested during onboarding and throughout the engagement. Depending on the cadence and type of package, I will also will send a short list of questions and reminder for documents when necessary. Timely responses are appreciated!

No contract is required; however, it is billed automatically and there are no partial month refunds. You can cancel at any time.
Initially a legally binding Client Services Agreement (and accompanying Statement of Work) is required to ensure alignment in scope of work and expectations. You will be asked to digitally sign.

No, we do NOT HANDLE TAXES. It is strongly recommended to have both a bookkeeper AND a tax advisor. Our focus is on giving you clear insight each month, helping you organize items that need to be documented and ultimately supporting you in growing your business.

The last 15+ years I’ve served in various corporate Financial Planning & Analysis / Accounting roles with direct C-Suite Executive collaboration. Main responsibilities include financial reporting, managing P&Ls, system implementations, budgeting, and forecasting. Most recently, in a private equity services industry with revenues over $1B.
